2. The Contract of Sale

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your offer. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will only be formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason at our discretion, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in the product description or price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Product Information

However, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate. 4. Pricing

While we take great care to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled. We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) within the 14-day period. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, evidence of you having sent back the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Conditions for Return: You are responsible for the condition of the goods during the return transit. You must handle the goods with care and return them to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the risk of loss or damage during transit. We have the right to refuse a return or to make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend that you return the original item following our returns procedure and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures the fastest processing.

8. Complaints and Faulty Goods
We aim to provide products of the highest quality. If you believe a product you have purchased from us is faulty or does not conform to the contract, please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if the complaint is approved in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. All content on finaklader.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fina Kläder or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use any of the materials without our prior written consent.

11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or failure of public utilities or internet services. If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including the validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
