Browse our collection and select the items you love, choose your preferred size and any other options, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the steps to enter your details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so we offer a variety of secure payment methods. At checkout, you will be able to choose from options including major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer, and popular “pay later” or financing services like Klarna, where available. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has entered the packing or dispatch process.

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to our conditions. This right of withdrawal applies to all online purchases as a consumer.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, or jewelry unless they are faulty. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box. We cannot accept returns if items show signs of wear, such as perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
How do I make a return?

They will provide you with the necessary instructions and the correct address for your return. You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, you can exchange items subject to availability. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following our returns process for a refund. Once you have received confirmation that your return is on its way, you can place a new order on our website for the desired size or color. This ensures your new item is reserved for you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to all countries within the European Union and Great Britain. We are working hard to open up our webshop for customers in more countries soon. If you live outside these regions and are interested in ordering from us, please contact us for more information.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipping company’s website where you can follow your package’s journey to your delivery address.
What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframes provided in your shipping confirmation, or if the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
